Question:
By adding this sway bar system, will it help with wheel hop, when I hit a bad bump in the road, while towing my 5th wheel trailer.

Helpful Expert Reply:
An anti-sway bar like the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-144 will help with control when you hit a bad bump in the road, but it's more for strengthening the frame to prevent side to side sway. For wheel hopping you'd want to install the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSR-301-40-2.
These springs are designed to absorb road shock and help prevent sag from hauling heavy loads. They're completely maintenance free so once they're installed you won't have any upkeep to worry about. Both springs act independently so off center loads won't be any issue either. SumoSprings offer a much softer progression than other options on the market so you won't sacrifice ride quality when unloaded.
