For your 2018 Ford F-150 with 275/55 R20 tires, I recommend the Titan Chain Tire Chains item # TC2533. These are heavy duty square-link tire chains that will give you traction on both snow and ice. They have a simple installation process with integrated tensioners that let you easily control the fit.
