Ive seen that some of the other models can be used with add-on side rails. Is that true with this one? Whats the part number of the correct side rails? Please and thank you!

Yes, there are side rails available for the Thule Caprock Platform Roof Tray # TH48YE.
The rails can be found as part # TH63YE for the 59" x 65" platform you're looking at, and they sit at the four side but leave the corners open so you have some flexibility when it comes to the cargo you put on the rack.
