Is There A Replacement LED Strip Available For Greystone F2625 Fireplace Flames

Question:

I have a greystone fireplace model #f2625 and am needing to replace the led strip that makes the flames work. I have heat but flames will not come on. I see a strip with 4 led bulbs and says 350MA LED-4 on the strip. Where is that replacement strip at so I can purchase this? Thank you for your help and time

I reached out to Lippert who acquired Greystone and the LED strip for your F2625 is not a replicable part they offer. You may be able to have the LED strip repaired at a local electronics repair facility. Currently the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000068 is our closest replacement if you are unable to get it working. This is however slightly smaller so you may have some issues depending on how tight the cutout is for your application.
