The Curt CrossWing Lightweight Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # C32DR doesn't have specific provisions for connecting the breakaway cable from your 5th wheel trailer, but this is pretty common when it comes to 5th wheel hitches.
In all honesty I would want to connect that breakaway cable to something fixed on the truck as opposed to the 5th wheel hitch. In a worst-case scenario you want that cable attached to something that has zero chance of disconnecting from the truck. The Curt CrossWing is perfectly safe to use but you want that breakaway cable to get pulled in the event that the connection between your truck and trailer fails.
