Hi, does the Thule TH598004 fit the Yakima Jet Stream Bars Y00428 in the channel mount with the T screws?

Yep, the channels of your Yakima JetStream crossbars are the right size and will allow you to mount and use the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack # TH598004.
So your crossbars and this rack are compatible, and the only other thing I wanted to mention is that if you want to lock the # TH598004, you can do so by adding the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200.
