Can Kuat Lock Cores be Changed if Lost Keys

I don’t have original keys to my Kuat bike rack—how do I install new locks?

If the locks are in the unlocked position you would not need the original keys to install new lock cores like with the Replacement Lock Cores for Kuat Cargo Carriers and Bike Rack # LOCO4 you'd just insert the change key into the lock core and that will allow you to pull the old one out. From there you'd insert the new lock cores with the change key inserted into them and you'd be set.
