Question:

I need a 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch for a 2023 Kia Hybrid FWD.just for a bike rack. that can be bolted on with pulling bolts through frame.

I have a recommendation for you as we do not have a 1-1/14" receiver for your 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid FWD. The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e38KR will bolt directly to your frame without pulling bolts or spacers into the frame. This is nearly identical to the Curt # C94WR you found as we have our receiver manufactured by Curt but ours is powder coated matte black which I find has a better appearance. While these are 2" receivers you will be able to carry your bike rack using a 2" to 1-1/4" Adapter # e58YR.

I do recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C99DR when you install the receiver. This will allow you to add Auxiliary Lights # C53201 to your bike rack as well as tow most small trailer shall the need arise later down the road.
