I would like to understand if it is actually suitable for Volvo xc40 from 2021 and Y02633 and if it is suitable for transporting e-bikes. Thank you

You can carry ebikes with your 2021 Volvo XC40, but not with the Yakima FullBack trunk bike rack you asked about (or any trunk bike rack). Reason for that is the FullBack and other trunk bike racks have a 35 lb per-bike weight capacity, which isn't enough for ebikes. What you will need instead is a hitch and a bike rack rated for ebikes. The hitch that fits your '21 XC40 is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH77FR.
Then for a bike rack, the best option due to its 80 lb per-bike capacity is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR.
