I have a single propane tank with a Marshal gas control 230 regulator. I have been using a small propane tank like on a grill. The regulator has gone bad. Can I convert this to a 2 tank system with the marshal RV auto changeover RV regulator bypassing the single tank? Thank you for your help.

Yep!
You can replace your Marshal 230 regulator with a auto changeover regulator # 37207-31525, and install it with a bracket # 37207-30405.
You'll be able to reuse the existing pigtail going from your single tank to your current regulator, and the supply hose going from the regulator to your propane manifold, but you'll need one more pigtail # 100575-24-MBS to connect the additional tank to the regulator.
