There is a special gooseneck plate that fits in the puck system of the Reese Elite Series underbed mounting kit # RP30868. It is Elite Series above-bed gooseneck trailer hitch # RP30845. I have included links to the installation details and a video showing an installation of the under-bed kit # RP30868.

I installed the RP 30868 under bed kit on my 2011 Silverado. What hitches or adaptors fit into the Rp30868. Im looking to pull fifth wheel.
