hello I have a dexter axle 3500 pounds straight 92 hf double axle. I want to know which shackles to get

In order to find the correct replacement axle shackles, you're going to need to measure from the center of the mounting hole to the center of the other mounting hole and let me know what that measurement is.
For instance, if you measured 2-3/4" then the correct replacement would be the Shackle Strap # TRSL275.
