What Is the Inner Diameter of the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover?

Question:
Can anyone tell me the inside measurement of the pop out cap. I see the indent is 2and3/4 but I would like the full measurement on the inside of the cap. Thanks!

I spoke with Phoenix USA and they let me know the inner diameter of the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover # PXQT965CHN is 8" and the cylinder section that would allow the axle to slide up in is 5”.
