Where is 7-Way Harness on Vehicle for Install of Hopkins 4-Way Adapter
Published 06/06/2023 >
Question:
I have a 2014 udi q5 with factory towing prep. The 41555 plug in wiring harness should fit, but where is the factory connector on my car. The only answer I can get is under the rear bumper. Can you be more specific.

If your 2014 Audi Q5 has factory 7-way wiring like what the Hopkins kit part # 41155 is designed to fit it would be somewhere behind the rear bumper. It wouldn't be anywhere else as the connector would need to easily mate up to a 7-way that would end up mounted at the very back of the vehicle.
