We have a 2022 Forest River E-Pro with the Solar on the Side. My question is do we need a second controller for a second panel and if the following unit would work to add solar Go Power Portable Solar Panel with Digital Solar Controller - 200 Watt Solar Panel

If your current controller can handle the additional wattage of additional panels you would not need to add an additional one. If it was matched to the panels you have (strong chance) then to add more panels you would need a controller with it like what comes with the Go Power Portable Solar Panel with Digital Solar Controller # 34282610.
