Question:
Does the AfterParty have a ramp accessory so I could just roll my e-bike up onto the rack?

I have an option for you that has a ramp, but the RockMounts AfterParty # RKY37ZR is not compatible with a ramp.
For a ramp you'd need to go with the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR which includes a ramp allowing you to roll a bike with tires up to 3.25" onto the rack, and will work with e-bikes up to 66lbs per bike.
This doesn't swing away like the AfterParty, but you could add the BackSwing # Y02483 to add the same feature to the OnRamp.
