Question:
Apparently in 2019 Chevy made two body styles for the Silverado 1500. It would explain why some of the mirror extenders for the 2019 Silverado 1500 do not work when the catalog says they do. A dealer told my my truck is the new body style, not the old body style. This creates confusion when I try to purchase the right parts..Could you comment on this issue?

We currently list both truck models in our fit guide. The new body style for the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is listed as such while the older body styles is listed as the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD. With you having the new body style this will use the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS80930. The older model 1500LD would use the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS80910. We have images with both sets of mirrors on the product pages where you can verify based on your trucks body style that you do have the newer body style.
