Replacement Rubber Strip for Factory Mini Crossbars Made by Thule

Question:

What is the width of gap on the bar that this product is designed to fill? I have the bars that are branded for MINI and I believe the gap is wider than on current Thule bars.

Replacement Rubber Strip # TH853354407 will fit the old style Thule Rapid Aero bars. It will also fit the new AeroBlade bars but it is not an ideal fit. The T-Slots on both bars are nearly identical but the strips have different designs. It sounds like you have the Rapid Aero bars so you would need # TH853354407. The large part of the slot should be about 7/8 inches wide. And the narrow part about 7/16 inches wide.
