Question:
The new hitch I purchased from you site is working great. Perfect fit for my 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. I have ran into another issue which I believe you can help. All the functions on my 7 way are not working according to the tester. I have found a smaller connector on the inside of the bed which has some wires that are damaged underneath the bed. Obviously, i want to get this fixed but suspect could also be related to the issue with the 7 way. Can you please review the attached pictures and tell me if you sell a replacement connector? Thanks.

If you only want to replace that connection in your truck bed, you can use the Pollak 6-Pole, Round Pin, Trailer Wiring Socket - Vehicle End # PK11609. This is identical to what you currently have. If you need to replace the 7-way at the rear of your 2002 Silverado 2500 you can use the # HM40975. If you would like to have a 7-way instead of a 6-way in your truck bed then you can use the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector # PK11893-11932 to add one and replace what you have in the picture.
