For a tank that fits your 2023 Chevy Silverado 3500 we have the DeeZee Specialty Series Transfer Tank/Tool Box Combo # DZ92647 which measures 46-3/4" long x 32-3/4" wide x 25-3/8" tall and then you add another 3-1/2" to determine height clearance with your tonneau cover.

I'm not sure if this will fit with your tonneau cover and sliding 5th wheel hitch but these dimensions should give you enough information to know if this will work for you or not.
