Question:
I forgot to install the spring mechanism into the Thule edge raised rail before I installed it onto the wing bar edge. How can I remove it from the bar so that I can install the spring mechanism?

In order to install the springs on your Edge Raised Rail Feet for Thule Edge Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side Rails # TH69SC you're going to have to disassemble the foot and pull the bar off.
Basically, you're going to need to start from the beginning and put the bar back together with the springs. You can see at the 4:00 minute mark in the attached video where the spring needs to go.
Luckily these bars just wrap around your factory rails and get tightened down, so removing them and dissembling shouldn't be too difficult.
