I have a trailer hitch that will fit your 2003 Ford Focus Wagon, however the Draw-Tite Sportframe Class I Trailer Hitch, # 24692, that you referenced will only fit the sedan models. The sedan and wagon models use slightly different mounting location for a trailer hitch.
For your vehicle, you will want the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch, # C11296. I have also attached the installation instructions.
