Yes, it does. I checked with Stealth Hitches and the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # SH47FR fits all models of the 2022 Volvo V60 including the T8 Polestar Engineered model. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Volvo with included hardware.
The item # SH47FR is only designed for using accessories like a bike rack. If you are wanting to tow a trailer you will need item # SH47FRT. This hitch includes the ball mount ball combo and wiring harness.
