The rails included in the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16441-104 you were looking at will fit your 2023 Ford F-150 XLT STX, but you will need alternate mounting brackets.
The correct mounting brackets are the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit # C86WR. I was able to verify this through the manufacturer. Then the rails are the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails # C16104.
