Question:
I am curious to know if we could use this item to have 2 steps for those times when leveling and ground conditions make one step too steep. My only real concern is there are times that we are perfectly level as is and 2 steps would not work. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you so much.

For your 2004 Jayco 23B trailer I recommend the Adjustable-Height Folding Plastic Platform Step, part # S-150. This has adjustable height legs that let you change the step height from 4 inches to 8 inches. It also features a 24 inch by 16 inch platform and has an open-grated tread surface that helps reduce the amount of dirt that can be tracked into the trailer. This step has a weight capacity of 300 lbs and has folding legs for easy storage when it is not needed.
We do not carry any permanently attached steps that would allow you to adjust whether you used one or more of the steps. They would require that all of the attached steps be unfolded for use.
Another item I recommend is the Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle, part # AM-800. This is a folding handle that measures 24 inches by 14 inches and mounts to the side of your trailer with four screws. This would help assist someone when you need that bit of extra help and folds out of the way when you are traveling or when it is not needed. This is black powder coated with a black foam padded handle. For a silver model use part # AM-300.
