It appears Yakima sells these components separately because I can find most of them on your website however Im having a hard time figuring out what I need and what fits my truck. Looking for 2 Baseline Towers. 2 Baseline mounting Clips and 1 crossbar. I think that is all I need but looking to you for guidance. Im also struggling with which part numbers are needed. I would look at other brands as well. Is there a way to piece together only one set of these?

Yes, we do offer half roof rack systems for a 2010 Ford F-250. I recommend the JetStream which has an aero shape and integrated slots for use with channel accessories. I have attached the parts you will need for this below.
