Hello Im looking to swap out my yakima Outpost towers with overhaul towers will the mounting plates to the truck bed work with the overhaul towers?

Yep, the mounting bases are exactly the same for the OverHaul HD and OutPost HD ladder racks. The OverHaul HD towers are the following part numbers:
- Replacement Tower for Yakima OverHaul HD - Driver Front or Passenger Rear # Y47TR
- Replacement Tower for Yakima OverHaul HD - Passenger Front or Driver Rear # Y67TR
