Is The Yakima OverHaul HD Ladder Rack Compatible With An Undercover Ultra Flex Tonneau Cover

Is this rack compatible with the undercover ultra flex foldable tonneau cover? Also will this hold the Yakima Tepui tent? Any special adapters needed? Thanks I’m advance.

No, the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover # Y01151-5855 is designed to work with tonneau covers that have T-Slot rails, which the Undercover tonneau cover you have doesn't have. You would need a tonneau cover like the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTX67SR in order for the # Y01151-5855 to be compatible.
The Yakima OverHaul HD ladder rack would be able to mount a roof top tent to without any special adapters since most rooftop tents simply clamp onto the crossbars.

What if you install the elevate ts rails with the undercover ultra flex to get the T slot? And would there be clearance to open the bed cover
