Low Clearance Trailer Hitch Receiver Recommendation for 2021 Audi Q5

Question:

i am about to purchase a mid sized AWD suv, either audi Q5 or alfa romeo stelvio... i need a 2x2 reciever hitch to tow and to hang a bike rack. i drive on bad roads and need minimal rear overhang/ good ground clearance. i do not see any of your hitches that are through-bumper as the factory Q5 hitch, only those that hang below bumper which i will tear up, or damage to chassis mounting panels when i slam into the ground water bars, potholes, creek crossings, etc. do you have acess to hitches that do not compromise rear overhang clearance for these cars?

The closest thing we have to what you're wanting is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # 391AUDQ518T for your 2021 Audi Q5, and only because the hitch receiver or ball mount can be removed which leaves you with a completely clear rear bumper.

This would be ideal if you only planned on using your bike rack or towing once you get past your bad roads. Since it sounds like you'll be towing and using a bike rack while going over these bad roads you might consider the OEM over this option since the OEM is behind the bumper fascia.

I've attached an installation video of the Stealth Hitches option on a 2020 Audi Q5 in case you're okay with the design of the coupler and ball mount on this option.
