The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit item # RAS4524-SAT should still work on your 2007 Toyota Tacoma. It is entirely dependent on the shape of the lifting block and if it interferes with the RAS's axle connecting brackets. If your lift kit is just taller blocks that used the same width u-bolts you should be good.
Sorry for the vague answer. These kits are set up with a factory suspension in mind. There's too many aftermarket lift options to give you a definitive yes or no answer.
