How to Figure Out What the Correct Replacement Awning Arm is for an RV Awning

Updated 04/24/2023 | Published 04/22/2023

Question:

I have a 2020 JayCo NorthPoint 381FLWS and the rain and wind collapsed my back awning arm. I have only one 20’ awning. And the rear arm broke from the wait of the rain while I was gone at work. I need to figure out which arm assembly I need to get Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, the length of your awning and your RV information does not tell me what the correct awning arm would be. I would need to know the manufacturer, pitch style and support arm length.

For instance, the Replacement Support Arm Assembly for Solera Flat RV Awnings # LC281154 you were looking at is a 69" support arm for a flat awning from Solera. If that is what you currently have, then this would be correct.

You could also have an awning from a different manufacturer or it could be pitched or longer or shorter. If you can let me know that information or the numbers from your current awning, I would be happy to help you track down the correct replacement arm.
