I have a 2018 Tundra Platinum and im looking at the CURT towing hitch. My truck has 2 lift shackles will clearance be an issue with the lift?

With your 2018 Toyota Tundra Platinum having the 2" lift shackles you will need to go with a class III receiver like the Curt # 13198. If you are going to need to tow more weight and require the class V Curt # C15398 receiver you will need to remove the lift shackles and switch to either a spring lift or a lift block spacer between the axle and springs.
