Are Replacement Parts for Aluminum Motorcycle Carriers Universal

Question:

I own one of the aluminum motorcycle carriers for a 2” hitch and it’s been great but today the bracket that holds the main motorcycle rail onto the 2” bar that goes into the hitch broke when I was taking a bike off, I was wondering if you sell that bracket as a replacement part or how I can get that fixed?

I would love to help but I don't know which exact carrier you have and even then, the odds of this exact part being replaceable are slim. I can't speak of other manufacturers but if you had the etrailer Aluminum Motorcycle Carriers part # e56UR for example which is our carrier, I can confirm you'd have to replace the entire carrier as this part is not offered for replacement.
