If you've already checked all your connections and power source then it leads me to believe you might be using first gen and 2nd gen equipment together. The WVOS43 is the first generation of the WiSight camera systems so if you were using this monitor with a 2nd generation camera it will not pair.
You would need to have a WVCMS130AP rear camera in order to be compatible with the WVOS43 monitor. Since both of these have been discontinued by the manufacturer finding replacements is a bit of a challenge.
If you are using both 1st generation parts then you might have an internal issue with either the camera or monitor and most likely would need to reach out to ASA Electronics as there isn't much else that you can really do to troubleshoot. That being said, let me know what camera model you have and I can try to look into it a bit more with ASA.
