Question:
Ive got a 2008 alumaweld 19 jet boat and trailer. The trailer axle somehow broke. Im looking into your axle less axel systems. The trailer the boat sits on now is rated 3500lbs. Its a singe axel. Which ones would u recommend? Is there anyway or need to do a tandem axle type set up?

First you will need to measure to determine if you need a Timbren System with a Straight Spindle # A35RS545 or a 4" Drop Spindle # A35RD545. The straight spindle will place the axle centerline 3-13/16" below the bottom of the frame while the 4" drop will sit 1/4" below the bottom of the frame.
You can switch to tandem axle by installing 2 of the Timbren # A20RS545 axle-less systems on each side. Do note this will not increase your trailer capacity. You will also need additional wheels and tires and new fenders. You will need to determine if you have enough clearance for the tandem axle setup and if you want to go through replacing the fenders and the additional work of repositioning for a tandem axle setup.
