Question:

2019 Honda Ridgeline I installed a Pop n Lock gate lock and can I install a Honda OEM key gate lock on with the Pop n Lock? Im concerned about access if Pop n Lock fails.

I do have an option for you but the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock part # PAL8600 won't work with the factory locking tailgate handle. That said, you can install the Manual Lock w/ Handle for Pop & Lock Custom Powered Tailgate Lock part # PL6250 which works with the above Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock and it has a manual lock. The only downside is that you lose the factory color match but you could always have this handle painted if it were that big of a deal to you.
