Recommended Replacement For An Atwood Propane Gas Detector 31013
Updated 04/11/2023 | Published 04/10/2023 >
Question:
Will this newer unit fit into the same hole my RV manufacturer cut in the cabinetry for the previous Atwood Model LP_DOB Part #31013 propane detector? I dont have the time or expertise to be cutting new holes. Thanks!

The RV Propane Gas Detector # RS64FR is a surface mount design so you would only need a tiny hole for the wires to pass through the cabinet so you shouldn't need to cut any new holes. This detector comes with two trim brackets (Larger bracket: 7-1/4" long x 3-3/8" wide - Smaller bracket: 5-3/4" long x 4-1/4" wide) to help cover up to old cutout hole.
