Hello! Can this be attached to the campground water faucet instead of at the camper?

Yes, the Valterra Adjustable Water Regulator for RVs # A01-1117VP has standard connections so you could just connect it at the water source instead of at the trailer. Most of the time the water source isn't right in your campsite and is shared with others so people prefer to use it on their trailer to help prevent tampering or theft.
