Will this give enough room for a automatic fantastic fan to open completely

Since you have a Fan-Tastic brand roof vent the cover you'd want is the part # FVU1500BL which was specifically designed for the vent that you have. This will allow the lid to open almost all the way up which will be enough to allow it to vent to fully. The Maxxair cover is only designed to work with the Maxxair brand.
