Yes, the SmartPlug line of power cords and all of their other accessories are all made here in the United States. Since you were looking at a 50 amp power cord you would need the SmartPlug RV Power Cord - 50 Amp - 30' # SM86FR along with the correct power inlet.
Since you have a 2018 Airstream Flying Cloud Travel Trailer you'll most likely want the stainless steel inlet # SM79FR, but we also have a few other color options if you'd like:
Black # SM56FR
White # SM89FR
Gray # SM29FR
