Question:

I need a complete tow package for my 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid Plug In. I am told that Roadmaster is the only baseplate that will work with plug in. Can you help me with the item numbers needed for the setup that will work easily together. I want the tow bar to fold away on the back of the RV. Thank you,

The correct base plate kit for a 2022 Ford Escape PHEV is the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM39FR. This will then pair great with the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar part # RM-676 which can indeed be stowed to the side on the back of the RV. There are still a few more things you'll need like the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit part # RM-154 to transfer the lights, the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System part # HM39524 to both charge the battery and stop the toad, and the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles part # RM-88400 to prevent the towed car's brake signal from overriding the turn signal sent by your RV.
