I do have some great replacement options for you but I don't know what this trailer comes with from the factory so the best option we can offer without knowing this is the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack part # FXP10 which features a simple bolt-on install.

If you have an existing welded-on mount you're trying to match up with, we'd need to know the make and model of jack used with said mount. For example, the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack part # FTJ120W0301 uses a snap ring mount which gets welded to frame (shown in the photo below).
