Yes, the Curt TriFlex Brake Controller, # C24VV, and the Custom Wiring Adapter, # C51446, will work with your 2014 Dodge Durango and your 2010 Coachmen 290BHS travel trailer. Since your Durango has the factory tow package, the installation will be easy with the plug-in custom wiring adapter.
The TriFlex brake controller was designed to work with trailers with up to 4 axles and 8 brake assemblies and it is compatible with electric and electric-over-hydraulic trailer brakes. The brakes on your Coachmen will be no problem.
