Can Fulton F2 Winch FW16000101 Be Installed With Only Two Bolts In Straight Line

Can this be mounted using straight line holes instead of a T format? My mounting plate only has two straight line holes with a third slotted hole.

No, The Fulton F2 # FW16000101 uses the industry standard mounting pattern which is shaped like a T as you mentioned.
Your best option is just drilling/modifying the mounting plate for this pattern as its used by virtually every winch, and you'll have a really hard time finding a winch that'll mount any different.
If you can send me pictures and measurements of your current mounting pattern I can see if on the off chance we have something that would be a direct replacement.
