The CTEK Multi US # CTEK56353 you were checking out would charge a 100 Amp Hour battery to 80% in around 14-15 hours, but to get to 100 percent is tricky as that's when the charger goes into the absorption phase and starts reducing voltage as the battery gets closer to 100%. This makes it virtually impossible to exactly guess how long it'll take, but I'd say around 24-30 hours is a safe range.
