Can You Fit Two MORryde RV Cargo Sliding Trays In a 2021 Ram 1500 5-1/2' Bed

I am installing a leer truck topper on a 2021 Ram 1500 crew with a 5’7” bed. I am wanting to purchase two 60x26 MOryde sliding trays in the bed between the wheel wells. The problem is I only have 51” at floor level between the wheel wells and of course two trays side by side is 26”. The question is can one of the trays be modified or notched out 1 inch around the wheel well to allow both trays to fit? It appears as though you could modify one side of the outside lip to accommodate sizing around the well for approximately 36” and not affect the structural integrity of the tray. I am attaching a few pics for your review

I do have an option for you but I can't recommend modifying the MORryde RV Cargo Sliding Trays like part # MR47FR. I'm sure you could make them work for you but I can't really offer any assistance with this. That said, we have a much better option for you in the BedSlide Sliding Truck Bed Tray part # BE26WR which is a custom systems designed specifically for your truck so there's no modifying.
