How to Determine Fit of 55 x 49 Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars

Hello! i need some help regarding the yakima platform. i have the yakima control tower, and round bars on my vehicle. i would like to add the yakima platform with clamps. will this be a issue for me with my current roof rack? is it a compatible fit?

You'll need to do just a bit of measuring to determine if you can use the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars - 55" Long x 49" Wide # Y05044-39.

I have added diagrams from Yakima below that show you exactly what to measure and the measurements you need to have in order to use the # Y05044-39, which is platform size K. From inside to inside of your roof rack towers the measurement needs to be at least 34" and 45-1/4", and from center to center of your towers (front to back) it needs to be between 27" and 33".

If you get those measurements, you can use the LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars # Y05044-39.
