Are There 1/4 Turn Channel Nuts For The Bottom Channels In The Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform?

I have a RHINO RACK PIONEER PLATFORM and I am looking for 1/4 turn T-nuts that fit into the smaller 10mm wide slots on the under side so I can attach brackets easily without having to disassemble the entire rack and install nuts into the channel. The slots I want to use are marked with circles in red in the attached picture.

Those tracks on the Pioneer Platform # RR42115BF will only accept the Channel Hardware # RR73VT. There are no 1/4 turn inserts you will be able to fit inside due to how narrow the channel is.
