I reached out to Blackstone, and they told me the griddle on the Blackstone On the Go Portable Outdoor Griddle w/ Hood and Side Burner 1860 is made from 11 gauge steel and is 1/8" (3.175mm) thick.
This unit has overall measurements of 41" long x 23-3/4" wide x 13" tall, has a 361 sq. in cooking surface, and has aside burner which will let you prepare side dishes and sauces.
