According to my contact at Dutton-Lainson, the # DL20119 Safety Cables are manufactured in Taiwan. We have several safety cable kits from Roadmaster that are manufactured in the USA, you can see them by clicking the provided link. The Roadmaster # RM-643 safety cables would be closest to the ones you mentioned.
